Weโre looking for a hands-on, driven Transport Manager to take full ownership of daily transport operations. Youโll play a vital role in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability while leading and motivating a team of drivers.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โ๏ธ Manage routing, planning, and fleet utilisation
โ๏ธ Monitor performance, efficiency, and downtime
โ๏ธ Ensure full compliance with transport legislation
โ๏ธ Take ownership of KPIs, costs, and profitability
โ๏ธ Lead and develop driver performance
โ๏ธ Maintain accurate records and audit readiness
โ๏ธ Deliver excellent customer service

Experience in transport/logistics management
โ
Strong leadership and people skills
โ
CPC qualification (or working towards it)

Knowledge of transport systems & MS Office

Full UK driving licence
