A well-established, independent scaffolding contractor is looking for an experienced Scaffolding Estimator to join their busy, friendly team.
This is a key role with real autonomy โ owning pricing enquiries end-to-end and supporting a strong pipeline of live and upcoming projects across London and the South East.
๐ง ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐:
โช๏ธSite visits to assess access, scope, and constraints
โช๏ธProducing accurate, competitive estimates (labour, materials, transport & prelims)
โช๏ธPreparing clear, professional quotations and proposals
โช๏ธLiaising with clients, clarifying scope & negotiating where required
โช๏ธSupporting cost control throughout the project lifecycle
๐ทโโ๏ธ ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐
๐จ๐ซ:
โช๏ธMinimum 3 yearsโ experience as a Scaffolding Estimator
โช๏ธStrong knowledge of tube & fitting and/or system scaffolds
โช๏ธConfident with estimating software & Excel
โช๏ธExcellent attention to detail and communication skills
โช๏ธFull UK driving licence
