💷 QS Salary: £40,000.00 – £55,000.00
💷 Senior QS Salary: £60,000.00 – £75,000.00+ (flexible for exceptional candidates)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing team delivering residential groundworks projects across Northampton and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional looking to work on multiple projects while benefiting from a strong package and long-term career development.

📊 Manage costs and commercial performance across multiple residential groundworks projects
📋 Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
🤝 Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
📈 Ensure projects remain commercially successful and profitable
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ Experience working on residential groundworks projects (ideally with a subcontractor)
✔ Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification (HNC/HND considered)
✔ Valid CSCS Card
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
📍 Hybrid role involving office and site-based working (no home working)
