โข Laminating fibreglass products
โข Applying materials to moulds
โข Quality checking finished items
โข Manual handling & moving stock
โข General production & housekeeping duties

Pay starting at ยฃ12.95 p/h (increasing up to ยฃ14.00) Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours Bonus schemes once permanent (attendance & productivity) Clear progression opportunities Friendly environmentย

โข Previous manufacturing/factory experience (essential)
โข Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
โข Able to work in a hands-on, sometimes messy environment
โข Strong attention to detail
โข Experience in laminating, coatings, or painting & decorating is a bonus
