We are recruiting Warehouse Pickers for a chilled & ambient distribution site in Thatcham. Join a fast-paced, voice-pick operation with excellent pay progression and ongoing work.

Shift start times: 14:00 – 18:00
Up to 12-hour shifts
Must be able to work 5–6 days per week including critical days:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Working in a chilled environment (approx. 2Β°C)
Voice picking system
Ongoing work
No students (full availability required)

Mon–Fri Day: Β£12.73 p/hr
After 18:00: Β£13.82 p/hr
Weekend Day: Β£13.82 p/hr
Weekend Night: Β£14.94 p/hr
πŸ’₯ After probation: up to Β£18.37 p/hr

Good English communication
