Are you an experienced GRP Laminator with hands-on skills in Hand Lay-Up and RTM? Join our operations team and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality GRP components.
🔧 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:
✔️ Manufacturing GRP components using hand lay-up and RTM processes
✔️ Preparing moulds and materials
✔️ Operating vacuum and resin injection systems
✔️ Working to production schedules, quality, and safety standards
✔️ Minimising material waste and ensuring correct disposal
✔️ Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
✔️ Using PPE correctly and following Health & Safety policies
✔️ Contributing to continuous improvement and SOP development
👀 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✔️ Previous experience in GRP lamination (Hand Lay & RTM)
✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality
✔️ Ability to work to deadlines and production targets
✔️ Proactive, safety-conscious, and team-focused approach
