๐ฐPay: ยฃ150,000.00 โ ยฃ175,000.00 per year
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join a growing organisation and play a key role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and supporting long-term business growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a finance professional who can provide strategic direction, strengthen financial controls, improve reporting capability, and lead major business transformation projects.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐:
โ Leading and developing the finance function
โ Driving financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
โ Managing system transitions, including loan management and accounting platforms
โ Supporting M&A activity, acquisitions and strategic projects
โ Building strong relationships with auditors, funders and senior stakeholders
โ Ensuring regulatory compliance and robust financial governance
๐๐ก๐ ๐ข๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or significant senior finance leadership experience)
โ
Proven experience leading finance teams and complex projects
โ
Strong financial controls, data governance and systems experience
โ
Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking
