We are hiring CNC programmer/setter/operator – sliding head!

🚀 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐂𝐍𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 / 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 / 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 – 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 🚀
 
📍 Location: Stevenage
💷 Salary: £35,000 – £44,000 per year
🕗 Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (weekdays) + overtime
 
Are you a self-starter with a passion for precision engineering? Do you have experience with Citizen CNC sliding head machines? Join a friendly, skilled team producing intricate plastic components for a variety of industries!
 
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
✅Operate, set, and program state-of-the-art CNC machines
✅Produce precision parts to high standards
✅Work in a supportive, small-team environment
✅Receive ongoing training – plastic experience not essential
 
𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝:
✅ Mechanical engineering background or equivalent experience
✅ 1+ year experience in CNC turning & sliding head operation
✅ Ability to read engineering drawings & work on your own initiative
✅ Team player with good organisation and planning skills
