โช๏ธPrepare accurate, competitive tenders for projects ยฃ250kโยฃ5m (new build & refurbishment)
โช๏ธManage the full tender process: take-offs, enquiries, subcontractor pricing, supplier comparisons, submissions
โช๏ธCollaborate with a supportive commercial team to win work
โช๏ธBuild strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
๐๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก:

5+ years estimating experience with main contractors

Proven ability to price projects ยฃ250kโยฃ5m
โ
Experience in both new build & refurbishment projects

Strong IT, Excel, and commercial judgment

Excellent communication and collaborative skills
