โ NVQ Level 6 in Construction

As Branch Manager, you will:
โข Lead and support a dedicated branch team
โข Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
โข Oversee estimating and contracts departments
โข Ensure smooth project coordination and delivery
โข Promote a positive culture of safety, teamwork, and success
โข Support staff development and training opportunities
โข Manage branch planning, budgeting, and performance
โข Maintain an organised and efficient branch environment
โข Support Social Value initiatives and company growth

โข NVQ Level 6 or Degree in Construction
โข SMSTS qualification
โข Black CSCS Card
โข Minimum 5 yearsโ experience in construction or flat roofing

โข Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities
โข Positive, proactive, solution-focused attitude
โข Confident IT and computer skills
