๐ท Salary: ยฃ70,000โยฃ90,000 per year (depending on experience)
Join an established construction team and take the lead on cost management, procurement, and contract administration for exciting projects. Work closely with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐จ:

Prepare estimates, tender documents & take-offs
โ
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project spend
โ
Identify savings opportunities & manage commercial risk
โ
Procure subcontractors & negotiate contracts
โ
Manage applications, variations, and final accounts
โ
Support pre-construction & tender discussions
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ:
๐ Degree or recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
๐ผ 5+ yearsโ QS experience in construction
๐ Strong commercial awareness, contract knowledge, and cost control skills
๐ป Competent with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD & industry software
Desirable: Professional membership, multi-sector experience, understanding of health & safety and contract law
