Weโre looking for a Contractor-Side QS to commercially manage brickwork & masonry packages on residential and commercial projects across the UK, working with Tier 1 main contractors and developers like Multiplex, Kier, Willmott Dixon, Bellway, Wates, and Landsec.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ :
โช๏ธManage brickwork/masonry packages from tender to final account
โช๏ธMonthly valuations & applications for payment
โช๏ธCost reporting, CVRs, budgets, cashflow forecasting
โช๏ธVariations: identify, measure, price, negotiate, and get agreed
โช๏ธSubcontract administration & advising on JCT contract conditions
โช๏ธCollaborate with site teams, contracts managers & estimating to ensure profitable delivery
๐๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ง๐๐๐:

Proven contractor-side QS experience
โ
Strong knowledge of brickwork, masonry, or stonework packages (or main contractor experience running these)
โ
Confident producing take-offs, valuations, cost reports & managing variations
โ
Strong Excel/MS Office skills, detail-oriented & organised
